1. Subscription Charges

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge for review. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We generally do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or failure to cancel before renewal.
